Kylie Jenner makes sure to eat healthy. A big part of her diet is staying hydrated and drinking healthy beverages. She shared a few of her favorites with Harper's Bazaar. "The first thing I eat or drink when I wake up is probably my bone broth," she says. "It's a mix of lavender and lemon. I have a whole drawer in my refrigerator of just raw celery. So I will juice it fresh."
Stas Karanikolaou is Jenner's best friend. She revealed to New York Magazine that she always puts on sunscreen. "I have to put SPF on every day — sometimes twice — on my face, neck, chest, and hands. I've heard for so long that those are the first places you start to get wrinkles and see aging. Skin cancer runs in my family, too, so sunscreen is very important to me."
Sofia Richie is close friends with Jenner. She talked about getting in shape for her wedding on Instagram. "I try my hardest to fast until 12pm ( with the Exception of coffee ). For lunch I have either a salad or a high protein meal. I eat my dinner around 630 pm, which is the last meal before I go to bed ( no snacking )…I have high protein with tons of veggies. I try my hardest to avoid any carbs or sugar, but sometimes I give myself a little treat."
Hailey Bieber is close friends with Jenner and her family. She talked about her favorite workouts with E! News. "I love Pilates because it really elongates and strengthens my muscles. That's probably my favorite workout. I also recently started to box for some cardio. I found that remembering the combinations and learning how move your body in boxing has been good for mental health."
In an interview with Vogue, Kim Kardashian talked about being in the public eye. She says that she has learned to block things out. "I think when you just live your life like that, you block it out. It's like a racehorse that puts on blinders so they can see clearly and straight. You've got to just be that racehorse, put on those blinders, and go. And if you start trying to see to the right or the left of you, you're going to trip up."
Khloe Kardashian works with nutritionist Dr. Phillip Goglia on her diet. Dr. Goglia talked about her diet to Healthista. "She has a pattern where she will do seven days on and then have one meal off. Her choice of cheat would vary a great deal — maybe she'll have a slice of cake as dessert or a pizza or pasta dinner, basically whatever she has a craving for."
Jenner's sister Kourtney Kardashian, makes sure to workout on a consistent basis. She tells WHO Australia that she doesn't even need to leave the house to exercise. "I'll do dips on my bathtub for my triceps. I'll try to do three sets of 25 a day. And then, no matter what, I always do 100 squats before I get in the shower because I won't forget it."
Jenner's older sister, Kendall, talked about her skincare routine to Allure. She says that she does a lot to prevent acne. "I have an obsession with keeping my face clean and feeling clean. I use ProactivMD which is basically a face wash, and then an acne fighting advanced retinoid, which is new for them and something that's never been sold over the counter before, and then a moisturizer with some SPF in it."
Gigi Hadid is a friend of Jenner's. She revealed to Grazia that since becoming a mom, her skincare routine has gotten a lot simpler. "I wake up in the morning, wash my face, moisturise, put on deodorant, and love to add a fragrance," Hadid says. "But if I don't have time, I'm not going to wear makeup. My hair is always in a bun so it doesn't get pulled out. Obviously, I still have moments where I get a little bit dressed up. Or I try to make me-time during the week, which is just a facial or take a really long shower just to relax."
Bella Hadid is another close friend of Jenner's. The model shared some of her wellness tips with ELLE. "When I feel like I need it, I'll work out. Coming up on fashion week, I'll try to get more fit. I'll go hard for a few days and then take a break. I like to box, and I'll do ab work—a lot of core training and hand weights."
Jenner's brother-in-law is Travis Barker. The Blink-182 drummer shared his secrets for staying in shape to People. "I have a show coming up, so I'll do a lot of functional training. I'll run. I'll do a lot of battle ropes. I want to be in shape, but it's also like, how can I play drums better? How can I not get tired? How can I be strong for my kids? How can I be better at Muay Thai? I think of all those things. And I just try to have my workout routine support all those things."
